These terms cover use of the bistian.dev website. They are not the agreement for a website project or a website audit. Project work is covered by a separate written agreement between you and Bistian LLC. An audit is confirmed by email before it starts, with the price and timeline stated in that reply.
Using this site
You are welcome to read the site, look at the work, and get in touch. Please do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send anything unlawful.
What is on the site
The writing, design, code, images and video here belong to Bistian LLC or to the clients who agreed to be shown, except where credited otherwise. Please do not reproduce them without permission. Project screenshots are published with the relevant client's agreement.
Quotes and estimates
The price estimator is a guide, not an offer. The figure it shows is an estimate based on what you select. A binding price only exists once I have confirmed it in writing after reviewing your project. Prices, timelines and promotional offers on this site can change.
No guarantees about the site itself
This site is provided as it is. I try to keep it accurate and available, but I do not promise it will be error-free or online at all times. To the extent the law allows, Bistian LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
