Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information bistian.dev collects, why, and what happens to it. Bistian LLC is a one-person business based in Florida, USA.

What I collect

Information you send me

If you fill in the project, revision, update or audit request form, I receive what you typed. Depending on the form that includes your name, email address, phone number, business name, your website address and which of its pages you want looked at, and whatever you write in the free-text fields. I only receive it because you chose to send it.

Information collected automatically

This site has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no third-party pixels. It sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your language choice (English or Spanish), kept in local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. You can clear it any time through your browser settings.

Fonts are served from this site's own server, not from a font service, so loading a page here does not send your details to any third party.

Who else sees it

Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, which passes the contents to my email inbox. My email runs on Google Workspace. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes requests to serve pages.

I do not sell your information, share it for advertising, or pass it to anyone else. If a project goes ahead, I may create a shared folder in Google Drive for your files, visible only to you and me.

How long I keep it

Inquiries stay in my email so I have a record of what we discussed. If you would rather I delete yours, ask and I will.

Your choices

Depending on where you live you may have the right to see what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or ask me to stop using it. I do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

To make a request, email sebastian@bistian.dev. I will reply within 45 days. I may need to confirm who you are before acting on a request.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not aimed at children. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent me information, email me and I will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send anything sensitive such as passwords, card numbers or government ID through these forms.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
